My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. Even though there were some minor inconveniences like noise from the nearby ice machine and housekeeping closet, I would still consider booking here again. The service was exceptional, with special gestures for our anniversary. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Napa, and the dining options, while a bit pricey, offered unique and delicious items.
I just had the most fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and so inviting, located on top of a lodge or coffee shop. The service exceeded my expectations, with complimentary mini-bar items and refillable bottled water. The location is lovely, especially during sunset, and right downtown Napa near a bunch of fun restaurants and bars. The dining options were very good, although a bit overpriced. Overall, a wonderful experience with some minor inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was gorgeous, but smaller than expected for the price, and the furnished terrace overlooking downtown Napa was a highlight. The service was excellent but a bit pricy for what was offered. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to dining and attractions.
